Deposit and Cancellation policy:

A 20% reservation deposit is required to secure your booking of and will be applied to the total cost of your reservation.
Cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours in advance of the scheduled date without incurring any additional fees.
Any cancellations made within the 48-hour window of the scheduled date will result in a non-refundable fee of 10% of the total booking amount.
We understand that unexpected situations may arise. We encourage open communication, and in certain circumstances, we may consider reasonable adjustments or rescheduling. Please contact us promptly to discuss any issues.
